I have been a personal trainer and helping people change their lives for over 12 years. I have worked both in gyms and private training. After I had my first set of twins, I cut back on working long hours at a gym. Then after my second set of twins, Covid hit and changed the way I had to approach training. After speaking with my existing clients and considering my needs as a mother I decided to build a home gym. By doing this it allowed me to be a mother, wife and trainer, train 1 on 1 with clients outside of a busy gym, and maintain a schedule that works with both myself and my clients.
